Welcome to The Fob Snap Shack, LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our photobooth services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Definitions
"We," "Us," and "Our" refer to The Fob Snap Shack, LLC, operating in Silicon Valley, California.
"You" and "Client" refer to the individual or business booking and using our services.
"Services" refer to the photobooth rental services offered by The Fob Snap Shack, LLC.
Service Availability
Our photobooth services are available based on equipment and staff availability. Services are confirmed upon booking, subject to date and package availability. We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons such as a violation of these terms or lack of availability.
Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed only after a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total service fee have been received. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without a refund of the deposit. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other methods specified at booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If The Fob Snap Shack, LLC cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule an event once without charge if the request is made at least 7 days before the event. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee and are subject to availability.
Event Requirements
Clients must ensure the event space can accommodate the photobooth and equipment. We require a minimum space of 10' x 10' with access to a standard power outlet. For outdoor events, clients must provide coverage (e.g., tent, canopy) to protect equipment from weather. If sufficient protection is not provided, we may refuse setup. Clients should inform us of venue restrictions (e.g., noise, lighting, power) in advance, or service limitations or cancellation without refund may occur.
Liability
While we strive for smooth operations, we are not liable for delays due to traffic, venue issues, or other factors outside our control. Clients are responsible for damages to equipment caused by guest negligence and may be liable for repair or replacement costs. We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures.
Image and Video Use
By booking our services, you and your guests agree that The Fob Snap Shack, LLC may use photos and videos from the event for marketing purposes, including social media and our website, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
User Conduct
Clients agree to use our services lawfully, avoid causing damage to equipment, and respect staff and their instructions during the event.
Intellectual Property
All content, including the photobooth design, software, and event materials, is the intellectual property of The Fob Snap Shack, LLC. You may not use or reproduce any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Force Majeure
The Fob Snap Shack, LLC is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of government, or other unforeseeable events. In these cases, we will work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fob Snap Shack, LLC from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from your use of our services, including injuries or damage caused by guests or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.

You may request a refund or cancel a booking up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
